COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Aboriginal Council of Lethbridge is undertaking a community wide needs assessment and mapping of services in the city of Lethbridge early in January 2012. This survey is intended for Aboriginal community members who live in the city of Lethbridge, however, anyone may provide relevant information to the study.

If you provide programs and services specifically to Aboriginal community members living in the city of Lethbridge, please pass this information along to them as well to complete the survey.
